In the areas where we operate, many tenants are employees of international companies (e.g., Microsoft, Amdocs, Oracle) who have relocated to Cyprus. These tenants, from various EU countries with long-term contracts, seek high-standard apartments. Often, their companies cover or sign the lease.

Our goal, after finding a property in a suitable area, is to optimize the apartment quickly and cost-effectively. Furnishing and design significantly impact rental demand and prices.

Given our tenants' profiles, they prefer not to buy appliances or furniture. We meet this need by fully equipping the apartments. Upgrading takes about two weeks on average, and we find tenants within days, often without advertising. High demand results in waiting lists.

Our guiding principle in all services is maximizing returns. By investing in upgrades, we attract quality tenants and achieve higher rental income.
